What are the delivery charges?
We at Pyarakona include the delivery charges in the product pricing shown on the product page. There are no other delivery charges.
The final price shown on the order summary page, just before you confirm the order, is the price you will pay, no hidden charges, rest assured.
What is the estimated delivery time?
On an average our delivery time is between 6-15 days from the day of you placing order on our website. It is divided into 3 step process – Order placed , order confirmed and dispatched ( 3-5 days) and order delivered ( another 3-10 days).
With every order, you will receive a communication from our side for order confirmation , generally an email, containing the details of the order placed by you.
Once we ship the item(s), you will receive an update from our side, generally another email containing the shipping details.
Once you place your order it is confirmed from our side within 24 hours after an email conversation or phone confirmation with the customer . The order is then dispatched within 3-5 working days after it is placed by you.
Please note that we start processing the orders once you place an order on our website but we do not dispatch unless we get a confirmation from the customer over email or through the phone number mentioned . This is the reason we take 3-5 business days for dispatch.
The estimated time of delivery once your order is dispatched is mentioned on every product page. The average delivery time is approximately between 3-10 days after dispatch . In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. In such cases we will contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you for updating you of the same .This is generally done when we contact the customer for order confirmation within 24 hours of the order being placed.
There are several factors that influence the delivery of the item to your doorstep. Although we work hard to provide you with prompt delivery of your order, there may be some delays in the process due to things out of our control. We will duly inform you if the order could not be delivered for more than 3 days from the approximate delivery time mentioned on the product page.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Pyarakona.com is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Pyarakona.com. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Pyarakona.com, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall duly inform the customer of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
If applicable for your order, you will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
