What do I do if I received a damaged product ?
Given the fragile nature of products we require an unboxing video for processing damage requests .In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry, take pictures or a video of the outer packaging damage as well as the product . Drop us a mail at email@example.com with the images of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Based on the extent of damage, we look into the case and the course of action is discussed with the customer and we go through with either refund or replacement of product, as preferred by the customer.
If the artwork cannot be replicated in certain cases , we unfortunately don’t offer replacement. We will clarify it with customer at the time of their order confirmation if the item will be replaced or not in case of any transit damages . Although we offer full refunds in such cases.
If refund is chosen, The refund will be processed in 7 working days and time taken for it to reflect in your account from the refund processed date will also be informed to you over email. Generally it taken 10-15 days for the
What do I do if I don’t like the product I received?
- Unfortunately it is not possible for us to accept returns in this case. Currently we are only offering returns or replacement in case of damaged items being received by the customer. We request you to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with damaged product pictures within 2 days of receiving the order.
- We are currently not offering COD (cash on delivery ) for orders .
- No return / refund / exchange is possible for any products unless it is damaged in transit.
Cancellation is not applicable once the order is placed by the customer.
Refund for the cancelled order :
- If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds reflect in your account between 10- 15 business days from the refund process date.
- Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
