Introduction :

I’m happy to share with you my bookmark “Ana”. These bookmarks are unique and no two bookmarks are the same. Every bookmark looks a little bit different because it’s handmade.

All bookmarks consist of minimalist line art designs.

At Pyarakona, I make each artwork with great care and love from start to finish.

 To begin, a theme is picked, then design and pattern selection is done for the artwork followed by choosing appropriate supplies. For added protection, the art is varnished as well. 

Each artwork is then signed, carefully framed and packed by the artist herself. Now ready to be shipped to its new home.

Details

Due to differences in monitor screens, colours may appear slightly different in person than on screen.
The hand-drawn design is sealed with varnish to ensure protection from scratches and fading.
Hand made art products are delicate in usage. For cleaning, kindly wipe the design with a soft cotton cloth to clean dust and avoid scratches.

Shipping

Currently, we are shipping only to India.

On an average our delivery time is between 6-15 days from the day of you placing order on our website. It is divided into 3 step process – Order placed , order confirmed and dispatched ( 3-5 days)  and order delivered ( another 3-10 days).  
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. In such cases  we will contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you for updating you of the same .This is generally done when we contact the customer for order confirmation within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or cancellation .
In case of any damage/defect, a refund or replacement is applicable after a discussion with the customer.
Given the fragile nature of products we require an unboxing video for processing damage requests .In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry, take pictures or a video of the outer packaging damage as well as the product . Drop us a mail at pyarakona@gmail.com with the images of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.
